Enquiries, Bookings, and Payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your experience, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the experience are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience are non-refundable, except where required by law. Any amount retained will be limited to reasonable losses resulting from the cancellation.
Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the experience will be considered individually and are subject to availability.
If you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
These arrangements do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Changes or Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that Serein Retreats needs to cancel an experience, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the experience, including changes to the venue or schedule, where necessary. If a significant change means you are no longer able to attend, you may request a full refund.
Arrival & Attendance
To preserve a calm and uninterrupted environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once an experience has begun, particularly where entry would disturb other participants.
Any applicable cancellation charges will remain subject to the principles outlined above.
Specific terms for private bookings, retreats, or bespoke experiences may differ and will be communicated before booking.
